In the waiting room of a psychological clinic, Lucyan and Diann Ornelas, two strangers with different emotional burdens, meet while awaiting the arrival of their therapist. What begins as a casual conversation about their reasons for attending therapy transforms into a mutual confession of hurts, frustrations, and repressed desires. As the conversation progresses, the emotional tension gives way to intense sexual tension which makes them end up fucking on the couch.
