Nicoletta had come home from a long day at work and decided to treat herself to a dinner that looked, on the surface, like a real treat. With the fridge full of leftovers and several delicacies, her choice that evening turned out to be an unwise one.
To start, she reheated a portion of leftover lasagna, full of cheese and heavy toppings, which her stomach already knew it would have to deal with. Then she indulged in a creamy, thick potato salad with mayonnaise, which friends and family usually loved.
