During my first pregnancy, I faced many challenges that often surprised me. Among the most annoying, stomach pain and flatulence were the protagonists of those difficult moments. Wrapped up in the expectation of becoming a mother, I often found myself suffering from feelings of heaviness and heartburn, which made it difficult to eat normally.
