At the request of his wife, Scott was asked to hire his stepdaughter Marina. She had all the qualifications and he figured: How bad could she be? After a week, Marina’s quality of work was dismal. She was way behind and Scott wanted to know why. He called her to his office for a meeting to discuss her issues. She explained that there was just so much going on she had trouble maintaining her focus. Scott has a solution. Marina was to stay after work for some special 1on1 training in a very private room to keep her focused and on track!
