In this video, adorable petite brunette Lana Blade & I are in our cute work out attire & we each take turns with a squeaky-clean approach to fitness with a quick with a quick exercise each; to really get our hearts pumping. First, though we check each other’s heartbeats while we are standing and resting to see what the basis is before we get them pumping. We each engage in 15 jumping jacks, we get a little curious and use a stethoscope & press our ears against the others chests; to listen to the others strong, healthy, pumping young hearts. It s a fun, little experiment to see how our bodies respond to this light exercise. Join us for a heart-warming (literally!) and lighthearted adventure!
