Proud stepmom moment — he graduated! But since then? Nothing. No job, no motivation, just laying around while my husband fumes 😒 The two of them can t be in the same room without arguing anymore. So I find a quiet moment alone with my stepson and make him an offer: let me help you. I know what discipline looks like — I lived it in the military. He s reluctant….having to get up early, going to the gym AND applying for jobs?!? It takes a little sweet-talking, but eventually he gives in.
