I caught my next job out on the road, this time I had a weekend stint as a referee for an adult rec basketball tournament, and let me tell you, they take it seriously! I had no idea how intense things got until after the first game, and I needed a bit of rest time in the locker room, only trouble was that wasn t going to happen. This cheerleader managed to sneak in the locker room, and told me how much she wanted her boyfriend s team to get a win. She made me quite the offer, and wound up going back to her place where she showed me just how much she loves him and is willing to do to make sure he gets the win! I didn t think I would fall for bribery, but once she showed me that cheering isn t her only talent...... well let s just say I might have made a few calls to make sure he got his happy ending - after all, I got mine!
