He’s been sick for days, burning with fever and soaked in sweat. His stepmom slips into the room with a warm wet cloth and concern soft on her face. She sits on the edge of the bed and begins gently wiping him down—forehead, chest, stomach—cooling his overheated skin.
When she pulls the damp sheets lower, she finds him completely naked underneath. Unphased by the site of her stepson s nudity she continues, carefully washing his soft cock and balls with slow, thorough strokes of the warm cloth. The intimate attention makes him harden in her hand. She notices the change, bites her lip, and instead of stopping leans down and takes him into her mouth.
She sucks him slowly at first, then hungrier, lips and tongue working him until he’s throbbing. Climbing on top, she sinks down onto his cock in cowgirl and rides him deep and steady, tits bouncing as she takes care of her stepson the way only she can.
